20 eco-friendly products
Probably the most important product available, it increases soil fertility and sequesters carbon in the soil thereby removing CO2 from the atmosphere.
Project Orion
OK, none have actually been made but the technology is 1950's era technology hence available off the shelf and a single launch can put 3 million tons of cargo into space, enough to establish a permanent idustrial presence in space. True the radioactive fallout from one launch would mean 10 additional deaths globally due to increased cancer rates but that's globally. Nothing better to save the world then to leave it.
Solar Air-Conditioning
Basically Lithium Bromide Water absorption air conditioners using solar panels as the heat source. Even if inexpensive do it yourself plastic pipe solar panels was used which wouldn't get the water hot enough and would need some natural gas to top off the heat, it would save bundles of energy for a lot less than Photo-Voltaics.
Absorption cycle air-conditioners
These can use almost any waste heat source and failing that could run of inexpensive natural gas though I expect natural gas prices to increase dramatically as demand increases.
Insulated Concrete Forms
Rapid construction, all the benefits of masonary in terms of wind resistance, thermal mass, sound insulation and with a minimum use of concrete. With large hurricanes becoming more important, such structures are needed to protect lives and property.
Natural Swimming Pools
Conventional pools simply become more polluted with time as the water evaporates out but all the chemicals ever added stay in. Wouldn't it be better to swim in clean water instead? Besides less maintenance and prettier pools.
Biomass gasifiers and Fischer Tropsch Reactors
These have been around since the turn of the century (19th to 20th century change) and can turn anything that burns including trash, old tires and sewage into synthetic gasoline and diesel. A byproduct is charcoal, usable as biochar.
